Sleepy LaBeef
In December of 2007 we did a recording session with country music and rockabilly music Hall Of Famer, Sleepy LaBeef. In true Ponk fashion we set out to record Sleepy in a way that he has not been recorded before. The results are stunning and capture the essence of Sleepy and we cannot be more pleased. We will be finishing up the recordings in Arkansas in late february and hope to have the CD released in late March. If you have not seen Sleepy LaBeef perform live, we suggest you try and do so. He embodies American Roots music and is a living legend. We are very proud of these recordings and hope that you will enjoy them as well.
